Jim joined WestPoint Financial Group in April of 1994 after spending many years serving as executive director of a national not for profit organization. A native of northern Illinois, Jim graduated from both Northern Illinois University and the University of Illinois.

Jim enjoys working with entrepreneurial business owners as they work to build their business, not only for themselves but also for their employees and their families.

Jim has served as a member to such civic and professional organizations as the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, North side Knights of Columbus, Indianapolis Leadership Prayer Breakfast Committee, Indianapolis Life Underwriters Association, the Autism Advocates of Indiana and the Venture Club of Indiana. He currently chairs the Business and Professional Exchange and most recently created the Catholic Business Exchange, a monthly event for Catholic businessmen and women to share their faith and common interests in business. He also has supported the Westfield Youth Soccer Association as a coach and a team sponsor.

Jim is active with the WestPoint Financial Group Blue Chip Award program and heads up the monthly businessKillers® seminar for small business owners.

Jim is the proud father of two daughters, Haley and Jenna and is an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
